Refund Policy

30-day request window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible change-of-mind items must be new and unused. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items can also be reviewed.

Approval and return mailing

Email uhutupecab895@gmail.com before sending anything. We will review the request and provide the correct return instructions and address; the General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or lost, contact us for assistance. No restocking fee applies.

Exchanges and refunds

Eligible exchanges depend on review and stock availability. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
