Payment Policy

Currency and authorization

Prices and checkout amounts are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment methods available for an order are the methods displayed at checkout. Submitting payment authorizes the applicable amount; an issuer may decline, hold, or later release an authorization according to its own rules.

Billing accuracy and security

Provide accurate billing information. Payment processing is handled through Shopify and its payment-service providers; do not email complete card details or security codes.

Refund timing

When a refund is approved under our Refund Policy, it is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may require additional posting time. For help, use Contact Us.
